My name is Tese and we have just learned that we will be moving to Maxwell next summer for ACSC. We have 2 small kids and one on the way. We are trying to find a good kindergarten program and possibly daycare for our 4.5 yo and 2 yo. Does anyone have any experience with: Prattville Kindergarten, Bear Math and Science Academy, or Montessori Academy? We are planning to live wherever the best programs are...so, all suggestions/comments are welcome.

Our son, 3 1/2 years old, absolutely loves East Montgomery Montessori School. He spent 2 months in the toddler program, then moved to the primary class.

The school has a diverse group of students. Local from Montgomery, military from the various schools at Maxwell, and even international students.

Please post any specific questions that you have, and I'll do my best to answer them.

We live in Millbrook, so our oldest son (2nd grade) goes to Coosada Elementary. We absolutely LOVE the school. We have heard rave reviews about the kindergarten program.
Our middle son (4 1/2 yrs) goes to the prek4 program at First Presbyterian in Prattville. Lots of other ACSC families have children at First Presb. We love the school and the program.
All kindergarteners go to one school in Prattville. I have heard very mixed reviews about this. One family we know here pulled their child out of PRattville kindergarten and put him in a private program.
