Maxwell-Gunter OSC Scholarship Applications NOW available….go to our website at www.mgosc.org to download the application. Deadline is March 1, 2008 for all applicants.
2008 Scholarships for Military Children program are available at commissaries worldwide as well as online at the program website: http://www.militaryscholar.org/.  This year’s essay topic: Every able-bodied citizen should be required to serve for a 2 year period of time in the military -- Why or Why Not? Completed applications must be turned in at any commissary no later than close of business on February 20th.
Scholarship Applications The "Scholarships for Military Children Program" was created in recognition of the contributions of military families to the readiness of the fighting force and to celebrate the role of the commissary in the military family community. Only children of active duty, reserve/guard, or retired military personnel may apply for a scholarship under this program. Eligibility will be determined by Scholarship Managers; it is not the responsibility of store personnel to monitor eligibility. Scholarship Managers will screen the completed applications, not DeCA or Fisher House. Students with questions regarding the application should contact Scholarship Managers directly at (856) 616-9311 or by e-mail at militaryscholar@scholarshipmanagers.com. Applications may not be faxed or e-mailed to the store. Completed applications must be in the store by close of business February 20, 2008. A February 20 or earlier postmark on those applications mailed to the store is not acceptable if received after February 20, 2008
Scholarships for Spouses

The National Military Family Association's Joanne Holbrook Patton Military Spouse Scholarships are awarded to military spouses to obtain professional certification or to attend post secondary or graduate school. Spouses of uniformed service members (active duty, National Guard and Reserve, retirees, and survivors) of any branch or rank are eligible to apply.
