YARD SALE FOR FUTURE IOs

Items needed: Children's toys, bikes, games, books, baby clothes and baby items (strollers, playpens, highchairs), kitchen items, kitchen appliances, linens, decorating items (pictures, knick knacks, artificial flowers, holiday items). We request that all electrical items be in working order. We ask for NO ADULT OR CHILDREN CLOTHING OR SHOES. The only exception is for baby clothes and coats for all ages (of children and adults).

We appreciate so very much your donations for this program. Since many of our international families come to this country with only 2 suitcases per person for a one year stay. It is very important for us to make these items available to them at very low prices. The money that is made from this garage sale goes to buying door prizes for our monthly coffees for the international wives.

International Officers' School (IOS) is Bldg 904 and it is located on Mitchell Street. The room to bring your items is #132 in the building perpendicular to the street. Items can be taken anytime, but please find someone working in the building to let them know that you are dropping off items. If you have any questions, please email Peggy Funk or call 271-4966.

Where are they all from?
Did you know there are more than 63 nations represented at ACSC. Some of the students are unaccompanied and at the moment there are more than 70 international spouses in the ACSC class this year. The red dots on the map below show where some of the International Student Officers and their spouses are from.

Major Patricia Rhodes is the International Officer School military contact. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact her at patricia.rhodes@maxwell.af.mil or call 334-953-1051.
