Chairperson	Presides over the monthly meeting and ensures compliance with the pertinent regulations, policies and directives for Private Organizations. ( This is held by the spouse of the Student Squadron Commander)	Email
Secretary	Records the proceedings of all meetings of the Steering Committee (SC) and ensures minutes are available to all members.	Email
Treasurer	Maintains records of the activity of the ACSC Spouses’ Fund and ensures the security of entrusted funds by depositing them in a local financial institution.	Email
Activites Coordinator	Establishes various activity groups for the ACSC spouses based on the interests of the spouses.	Email
Child Care Coordinator	Collects and distributes child care information and options to ACSC students.	Email
Fundraising Chairperson	Chairs committee that determines and organizes fund-raising projects.	Email
Newsletter Editor	Prepares a monthly ACSC Spouses’ Newsletter to keep the spouses informed of the activities, events and opportunities of interest to them.	Email
Offiers' Spouses' Club (OSC) Rep	Serves as liaison between ACSC and the OSC, channeling pertinent information between the two.	Email
Sponsorship Coordinator	Assists the ACSC Sponsorship program by reviewing the welcome packet and recruiting volunteers for sponsors for the next year’s incoming ACSC families.
Trips & Tours Co-Planner	Develops and coordinates trips and tours for ACSC spouses.	Email

Division One Rep	Each of the four Division Reps is the liaison between their division spouses and the Steering Committee (SC). The representatives channel information between the spouses of their division and the Steering Committee.	Email
